The client requested a physical prototype for a concept they were pitching to the Creative and Branding teams—centered around a tulip flower. The request was for a simple plastic cutout, but it quickly evolved into a more complex project aimed at creating a fully branded experience. The goal was to design dimensional tulip flowers that could produce a captivating light show—while staying within a specific price point.

Overview
What started as a prototype quickly evolved into a large-scale experiential activation. Through innovative problem-solving and precision execution, Sandy Alexander transformed a small idea into a visually stunning, globally recognized display.

Results
The project started with 3 flowers and grew into a large-scale experiential execution. After gaining approval, we produced 1,500 tulips for a licensing event, where each flower featured an LED light for a choreographed display.
The concept gained rapid traction, leading to an additional 1,600 tulips for an event in Barcelona. Due to its success, the activation expanded internationally, with the tulips traveling to London, Tokyo, and Mexico City.
This project exemplifies how experiential creative execution transforms ideas into impactful, large-scale brand experiences.
