Sandy Alexander's CEO, Mike Graff.
CEO

Mike Graff

Mike is a 40-year veteran of the printing industry and has been serving the clients of Sandy Alexander for more than 30.

Mike Graff is a 40 + year veteran of the printing industry and has been with Sandy Alexander for 32 years, 15 as CEO. Mike worked at A. Colish Press for 11 years where he started as a sales trainee and rose to the director of sales. He has charted Sandy’s growth, expansion of services and navigated the challenges and transformation of our industry.

Mike is a graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s degree in printing science and technology. Mike has been awarded the National PIA Power of Print Award and has been named to the Printing Industries Hall of Fame.

When he is not putting out fires in the office, he is really putting out fires as a 40 year member of the volunteer fire services. Mike has served as Chief of the New City Fire Engine Co. No. 1 in his hometown. He also plays drums in Sandy’s company band, The Entin Road Band. He has 2 great kids, 31 and 28.

Luke Westlake

Luke brings 30 years of Retail, Streaming, Entertainment, Automotive and Casual Dining experience to the leadership team.

Luke Joined Sandy Alexander in 2019 as SVP, Client Experience and Development focusing on business expansion, improved client experience, service and client-facing technologies. In his role as President, Luke is leading market strategy, operational efficiencies and geographic expansion while shaping culture and progressive diversity programs.

Luke has a unique blend of operational and business development expertise following years of successful leadership roles in the graphic arts industry.

His experience serving the most recognizable brands in the entertainment and streaming space, retail, casual dining and automotive sectors is the perfect blend to lead strategic long term growth while building a solid national platform of service to our clientele.

CFO

Therese Fleming

Therese has over 30 years of financial experience in the print industry with a customer centric focus.

Therese Fleming joined Sandy Alexander in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer. As CFO, she is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions, including accounting, audit, treasury, and corporate finance. Therese provides strategic leadership and brings a customer-centric focus to Accounting and Finance for Sandy Alexander.

Prior to joining Sandy Alexander, Therese worked at RR Donnelley and Consolidated Graphics (CGX) for 33 years in a variety of financial positions. Her most recent position was Director of Accounting for the Commercial Print Division. Therese has also served the printing industry as a Board member with the Printing Industries of America – San Diego.

Therese is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of California. Therese enjoys exercising for fitness, including hiking and bike spinning, and enjoys entertaining friends and family in San Diego.

Betsy Davis

Betsy leverages over 20 years of marketing experience to guide our clients in developing fully integrated solutions.

Betsy Davis is CMO and EVP National Sales Director at Sandy Alexander. Prior to joining Sandy Alexander, Betsy served at Consolidated Graphics (CGX) for 13yrs in a variety of positions, ending her career as SVP of National Sales for the corporation. After CGX, Betsy moved to Chicago, IL to join a privately held print organization, Quantum, acting as EVP of Sales and Marketing for 5 years.

Betsy’s focus is to work alongside the Sandy Alexander sales team to provide best-fit, forward-thinking, effective and efficient solutions to our clients. Betsy has been in the print industry for 22 years focusing on delivering program business for top brands across the country across multiple verticals. Betsy has helped clients utilize print, technology, data and their brand to communicate the right message at the right time.

In support of the print industry, Betsy also serves on the HP Indigo and Canon Advisory Councils. For both councils, Betsy has presented at a variety of events/conferences representing the digital sales environment. In addition, Betsy serves as a board member for DSCOOP, the world’s largest digital print and design community of 10,000+ HP Graphic Arts service providers globally.

Melissa Pagano

Melissa has successfully built corporate teams for over a decade and is a valuable partner for creating positive client experiences.

Melissa Pagano joined Sandy Alexander in the fall of 2022 as the Human Resources Director.  Melissa began her Human Resources career in manufacturing and brings a combined 12+ years of experience across both Manufacturing and Corporate People Management. Melissa is an expert in enhancing the employee experience and is passionate about fostering positive workplace cultures.

Melissa is a graduate of Ramapo College of NJ with a Bachelor of Science in Business.  In her downtime Melissa is an avid spinner and enjoys cooking elaborate meals for friends and family.
