Luke Westlake joined Sandy Alexander in 2019 as SVP of Client Experience & Development, focusing on business expansion, improved client experience and service, and client-facing technologies. In his subsequent role as President of Sandy Alexander, Luke also led market strategy, operational efficiencies and geographic expansion, while shaping our culture and progressive diversity programs.   

With 30 years of experience delivering client solutions across various markets and providing operational expertise and leadership throughout the print industry, Luke brings a depth of knowledge, a unique blend of operational and business development expertise, and a fresh perspective to the Sandy Alexander organization.  

His experience serving the most recognizable brands in the entertainment and streaming space, retail casual dining and automotive sectors is the perfect blend for leading strategic long–term growth, while building a solid national platform of service to our clientele. 

With over 30 years of experience leading financial strategies in complex organizations, Mike Riccio brings a wealth of expertise in financial performance management, organizational transformation, productivity improvement, and strategic financial planning and budgeting. His career spans a variety of positions, from his role at Panasonic Corporation of North America to serving as the CFO of a publicly traded medical device manufacturer.

With over 25 years of print and marketing experience delivering client solutions, Patsy Koepke specializes in strategic onboarding for brand and retail execution plans built on her extensive sales leadership. Key roles during her career include serving as Vice President of National Sales and Operating President at Consolidated Graphics, and most recently as Director of Business Development at Quad In-Store. Patsy possesses tremendous talent for ideation, deep passion for the client experience and robust industry knowledge leading cross functional teams.

Betsy Davis is CMO and EVP National Sales Director at Sandy Alexander. Prior to joining Sandy Alexander, Betsy served at Consolidated Graphics (CGX) for 13yrs in a variety of positions, ending her career as SVP of National Sales for the corporation. After CGX, Betsy moved to Chicago, IL to join a privately held print organization, Quantum, acting as EVP of Sales and Marketing for 5 years.

Betsy’s focus is to work alongside the Sandy Alexander sales team to provide best-fit, forward-thinking, effective and efficient solutions to our clients. Betsy has been in the print industry for 25 years focusing on delivering program business for top brands across the country across multiple verticals. Betsy has helped clients utilize print, technology, data and their brand to communicate the right message at the right time.

In support of the print industry, Betsy also serves on the HP Indigo and Canon Advisory Councils. For both councils, Betsy has presented at a variety of events/conferences representing the digital sales environment. In addition, Betsy serves as a board member for DSCOOP, the world’s largest digital print and design community of 10,000+ HP Graphic Arts service providers globally.
